At Elprotronic Inc., we stand behind the quality of our professional electronics tools and offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition. Please ensure all hardware and software components are included to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our technical support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping any hardware back to our facility.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic device in its original anti-static packaging and use a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship the item via a trackable carrier to our headquarters in Ontario, Canada.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our engineers verify the hardware's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
